Davic Integrated is a small, hard-working consulting firm based in West Midlands. We hit the ground running with our direct approach to finding success. Project, Programme and Portfolio managing, we offer our clients the full package in line with the Project Management Institute guide to the Body of Knowledge and includes additional components set out by the Association of Project Management and Office of Government Commerce (OGC). This approach is adaptable to specific client needs and can supplement client processes.

Victor is an inspiring leader, coach and consultant.

He has more than eight years’ experience in managing and leading culturally diverse project and programme teams and in achieving exceptional business results.

Victor has a passion for project and programme management, recognising both as ‘professional professions’ and has worked tirelessly to raise their profile and prominence.

 

He has managed projects and programmes for blue chip organisations and has successfully led global business change programmes across continents.  He has developed organisational and individual project and programme management capability and has led multi-cultural teams to common goals and with a single purpose.

 

Victor recognised early in his career that projects and programmes were vital in driving transformational change in enabling positive and lasting outcomes in support of an organisation’s strategies.

He recognised that those businesses who understood this connection had matured their organisational capabilities allowing them to unleash the power of their projects and programmes in achieving truly outstanding business results.

Victor oversees the creative direction at Davic Integrated consulting as well as business development and he holds a Master degree in Project and Programme Management from the University of Warwick
